About this project
My second fashion photography shoot in this abandoned building that I shot previously. This time we explored more of this unique derelict building, trying out new creative ideas and even shot lingerie outside in a nearby field. The first fashion photography shoot that I did here gave me an idea of the lighting conditions and what would work - and what wouldn't. This time round I was able to focus more on getting the shot, trying new ideas - and worrying less about lighting and camera settings. Albeit it was still a challenge to get right! Very pleased with how these photos turned out.
Portrait and lingerie photo shoots in abandoned buildings - known as Urban Exploration - is a current interest of mine.
Gear Used
For this lingerie photo shoot inside an abandoned building, an off-camera softbox light diffuser was used with my Canon Speedlite to give more light coverage. Fill flash was provided from my 7D Mark II on-board pop-up flash. My 35mm prime and 16-35mm lens were used for the shots outside in the wheat field.
